Meet the team

At ALSW, we recruit and retain a pool of  Registered Managers, Team Leaders ,Senior support workers and support workers reflecting the composition of the communities and clients served, and who possess the skills and experience necessary to provide the required services.

Senior support workers and support workers must have or be working towards professional qualifications.

John Fahy

Is our Managing Director. John has 20 years experience in Managing Hospitals, Charities and other organisations in a variety of roles and also setting-up and supporting services for adults and children with complex needs. John is a specialist in Autism and Asperger's Syndrome as well as Physical Disability. He is also a Tutor and Advisor in Health and Social Care to a variety of Organisations

Sam Paddon

Is our Operations Director and is responsible for all the services that Assisted Living South West provides. She is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in setting-up Supported Living Services for people with complex needs. She is especially experienced helping to find housing and social networks and also helping clients to access local health services
